DESCRIPTION: For long-term rent, a stone terraced house with a swimming pool is located in the quiet Istrian village of Baderna. This house, with a total area of 100 square meters, is arranged over three floors, with 35 square meters on each, which gives it vertical dynamics and special charm.
The exterior of the house exudes authentic Istrian tradition. The walls are built of local stone, often irregularly shaped and in natural shades, which gives it a rustic and warm look. The windows are typically smaller, made of PVC joinery, and the roof is covered with Mediterranean-style tiles. Since the house is in a row, the impression of a pleasant and cozy neighborhood atmosphere is created. In front of the house there is a swimming pool, shower, sunbathing area and a covered terrace with a barbecue.
