It is well connected by traffic to Jelsa, Stari Grad, Sveti Nedjelja, Vrboska, Zavala, Hvar and Sućuraj. It is only 3 km from the sea and you can reach Stari Grad in 15 minutes or Jelsa or Vrboska in 10 minutes by bicycle.When you enter the courtyard of the Villa, under the ancient stone vault, you will be greeted by a large swimming pool on the left. Next, you will reach two units for rest, a lounge area for relaxing by the pool and an area with a handmade fireplace and a wooden canopy for hanging out with friends.On the ground floor inside the house you enter the dining area with a large wooden table for 6 people and a handmade copper mirror. Right next to the dining room is the kitchen in retro style. You enter the living room through an old turquoise wooden door, and you will find yourself in a spacious stone living room with antique furniture in a shabby chic style. In the living room there is a guest toilet decorated in the same style.From the ground floor, next to the dining room, through an opening in the floor, stairs lead to the oasis of the sea depths. The old farmhouse is fully adapted to rest for the soul and body, giving an incredible feeling of peace and tranquility.On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a spacious terrace with a jacuzzi and a mini kitchen, as well as a lounge area. The first room is the Oleander room with two separate beds and hand-decorated wardrobes, bedside tables and oleander-style headboards. There are also hand-stitched curtains with a floral pattern that add a touch of elegance to the Oleander room. The second bedroom is the Lavender room with a double bed 180*200, nightstands and a wardrobe, all with small Lavender details.On the 2nd floor is the largest bedroom (Olive room) with a walk-in bathroom. Both the floor and the ceiling are wooden, and the feeling of a mountain hut is present, but with a touch of the Mediterranean, given the hand-painted olive pattern on the bed, chest of drawers and large wooden box for things.This is also the story of this Villa, which takes you from the depths of the sea to the mountain tops, however you want to feel.This Villa is fully equipped and is sold with furniture. Every room has air conditioning, and in the living room and the Dive & Relax zone, air conditioning is not needed during the summer, since the stone of the house naturally maintains a lower temperature than the outside temperature.
