The Renaissance town of Svetvinčenat is one of the jewels of Istria with a rich tourist offer and numerous events that take place in the exceptionally attractive historical areas of this town. The house was originally built together with a 25 m2 swimming pool in the yard, which was filled with earth in because the current owner used the house for everyday life, so the pool is easy to access again.
