The heating system is based on a heat pump and Uponor underfloor heating, while cooling is solved with a separate duct system per room via a Daikin system, which allows for individual temperature regulation in each room. All ceramics in the building are Modena Ital, while the external paths and sunbathing areas are made of Plano stone. Parking areas are paved with semi-lock blocks. The villa is additionally equipped with a complete burglary system connected to video surveillance and a fire alarm system, burglary doors with biometric locks, which ensures a high level of security. The yard is completely decorated with an automatic above-ground and underground irrigation system.
