Semi-detached house located in the upper part of Susak, built in , consisting of two identical duplex units, each with a separate entrance and access to the terrace. New foundations and reinforced concrete structural elements have been constructed, including a 14 m³ water tank and reinforced concrete slabs on two levels with thermal insulation. Flooring combines high-quality ceramics, wooden ship decking, and natural materials.The roof is reinforced concrete with thermal insulation and a double-layer brick covering. On the top floor, with a height of up to 4 meters, exposed wooden beams with wooden cladding are visible.The façade has been renovated, and the joinery (windows, shutters, and doors) is made of Siberian larch, with mosquito screens installed. The interior combines stone, brick, wood, and white cement plaster, creating an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere.On the first floor, there is a built terrace with Bangkirai exotic wood decking and an open sea view.The house is equipped with dual inverter air conditioning systems for heating and cooling, TV, and internet connection.
