ISTRIA, BUZET - Spacious land on the edge of the village

ISTRIA, BUZET - Spacious land on the edge of the settlement Buzet is located in the north of Istria near the border with Slovenia. Its historical core, dating back to the Middle Ages, lies on a hilltop above the fertile valley of the longest Istrian river, the Mirna. Today, Buzet is widely known as the City of Truffles, because the forests along the Mirna River are particularly rich in this divine tuber. In the vicinity of Buzet, there is agricultural land for sale with a total area of 5,189 m2, consisting of several interconnected plots. The land is mostly flat, part of it is gently sloping. There are several fruit trees on the land, while the rest is a young forest. It is located on the edge of the settlement, next to an urbanized zone.
